Production Technology Determines the Quality of Steel Fence

To pursue great products with incomparable properties, Engreat adopt tens of surface treatments to provide a permanently coating for perfect rust resistance, corrosion resistance, weather resistance, moisture resistance and stain resistance.

All of our products come with four layers of coatings including hot dipped zinc coating, zinc phosphate coating, zinc-rich epoxy coating and polyester color powder coating from inside to outside as shown in the picture:

Steel fence coating

• Hot dipped zinc coating are plated the steel tube from inside to outside for superior electrochemistry protection. This layer of zinc coating enhance the rust and corrosion resistance and efficiently protect the base materials.
• Zinc phosphate coating effectively enhance the adhesive power of coating and base steel materials.
• Zinc-rich epoxy coating brings high impact resistance and antisepsis property to the products.
• Polyester color powder coating makes the steel fence perfect in UV resistance, gloss retention, anti-rust and corrosion resistance.

The superior production technology allows the steel fences free of rusting, fading, cracking, pulverization, aging even abscission. It makes the fence fifteen year maintenance free.
